About Outlook 2010 Advanced - Advanced E-Mail Features

To start the course, we will talk about creating and using signatures and stationery. Then, we will talk about attaching various items to an e-mail. Next, message options (such as priority, follow-up, receipts, voting options, and delayed delivery) will be discussed. Participants will receive an introduction to the Outlook Options dialog to round out the section.
